Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is accepted by USPS, we cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or theft.

If your package shows as Delivered but was not received, please check with your local post office and file a claim with USPS. We will gladly provide tracking details to assist.

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
