Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
Items must be shipped back within 7 days after approval.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable or final sale, including but not limited to:
- Personalized or customized orders
- Earrings & other hygiene-sensitive products
- Mystery or surprise items
- Clearance / final-sale products
These exceptions will always be clearly stated on the product page.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of purchase, as most items are made to order.
Order Issues
Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your return in original condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
